Thank you for your interest in our brand. Below are the terms and conditions of our shipping policy. 

General:

Processing time: Unless stated otherwise all products on our website take 1-3 weeks to arrive. This processing time may be shorter when order volume is low.

Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number containing tracking information for your order. 

Lost or Damaged Packages:  Solo Apparel is not liable for any products lost, stolen, or damaged during the shipping process. If you receive a damaged order, please contact the carrier and file a claim. Please save damaged goods and packaging before filing a claim. If you believe your package has been lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly using the tracking information provided.

Customs/Duties/Taxes: 

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs and must be paid upon delivery. Delays due to customs processing are beyond our control. Failure to pay may result in the package being held, returned, or discarded, with no refunds provided. Please check with your local customs office for details before ordering.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of purchase.

Please carefully review your shipping details before submitting your order. We are not responsible for packages that are lost, delayed, or misdelivered due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us immediately. While we will do our best to assist, we cannot guarantee that address changes can be made once an order has been processed or shipped.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees required to resend the package.
