Shipping policy

Thank you for your interest in our brand, below are the terms and conditions of our shipping policy. 

Processing time: Unless stated otherwise all products on our website take 1-3 weeks to arrive based on product manufacturing This processing time goes down with less order volume.  

Tracking: Once your order has been shipped you will receive a number containing tracking information for your order. 

Lost or Damaged Packages:  Solo Clothing is not liable for any products lost or damaged during the shipping process. If you recieve a damaged order please contact the carrier and file a claim. Please save damaged goods and packaging before filing a claim. 

Customs/Duties/Taxes : 

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs and must be paid upon delivery. Delays due to customs processing are beyond our control. Failure to pay may result in the package being held, returned, or discarded, with no refunds provided. Please check with your local customs office for details before ordering.
