Refund policy

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after purchasing your item to request a return. However if you preorder it is a 30 day refund policy.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. There must be a viable reason for return.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Customers are liable for any extra shipping fees incurred during the return process unless the item is damaged or defective.

All orders refunded before shipment are subject to a 3.99 USD restocking fee. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Exchanges must be requested within 14 days of purchase. Threads is not liable to accept any exchanges after the 14 day purchase window unless an error was made on our part.
