Return Eligibility

You may return your item within 20 days of receiving it. After this period, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds. To qualify, the item must be returned in its original packaging and in the same condition you received it. 

How to start a Return

To request a return, please email us at Fanaticsslope@gmail.com. Once your request is approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address. You are responsible for shipping the item back to us. 

Shipping And Costs

Refunds will be issued minus the original shipping cost. Customers are also responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without proof of tracking.

Refund Processing 

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. If you return is approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 3-7 business days.
